Israel Nanevi Maweta Also Popularly Known as Yao Dzidefo in the music industry from the Volta Region of Ghana and world wide

Ghanaian investigative journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni, a multiple award winner, has hinted in public that music lovers in Ghana have not properly idolized a legend such as Isreal Nanevi Maweta.

During one of Maweta’s performances on TV3’s ShowBiz360, he said this.
Mr. Azure warned Ghanaians to expose Maweta while there is still time on his official Facebook page.

Some legends have managed to stay out of the spotlight. I think that Israel Nanevi-Maweta is among those who enjoy Ewe music. Since her debut ten years ago, Isreal Maweta has become well-known and a formidable force in the music industry.

He is renowned for combining the modern circular rhythm with the traditional Agbadza Manasseh Azure Awuni, an award-winning investigative journalist from Ghana who has gained international recognition, has openly hinted that Ghanaian music fans have not properly idolized a legend such as Isreal Nanevi Maweta.
