Ho, Volta Region — The Volta Regional capital, Ho, is set to host the maiden Volta edition of the Republic Bank–JoyNews Habitat Fair, bringing together stakeholders in the housing, construction, real estate and financial sectors.
The three-day event is scheduled to take place from October 16 to 18, 2026, at the Ho Sports Stadium.
The Habitat Fair is expected to provide an opportunity for prospective homeowners, property developers, financial institutions, construction companies and other industry players to connect and explore opportunities within Ghana’s housing and real estate sector.
Participants will have access to informmation on housing projects, property development, financing options, building materials and other services related to home ownership and construction.
The decision to bring the fair to Ho is also expected to give residents and businesses in the Volta Region greater access to housing and financial service providers without having to travel to Accra or other major cities for similar exhibitions.
Organisers are expected to use the event to showcase products and services while creating a platform for discussions around housing development and investment opportunities in the region.
The Republic Bank–JoyNews Habitat Fair will run from Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18, 2026, at the Ho Sports Stadium.
Residents across Ho and other parts of the Volta Region who are interested in home ownership, property investment, construction and housing finance are expected to participate in the event.
